Learn to host. Travel the world.

Co-hosting is how you break into group travel from the inside. You'll travel with us, support real trips end to end, and learn the craft of hosting by doing it — with the goal of growing into a lead host who runs their own trips.

What you'll do

Co-hosting is hands-on, and it's the fastest way to learn how a great trip actually comes together. You'll work alongside experienced lead hosts, sharing responsibilities 50/50, while learning the full playbook from planning to execution.

What you'll do

  • Share hosting duties 50/50 with the lead host — set the tone, keep energy up, look after the group
  • Handle on-the-ground logistics: driving, cooking, and keeping the day running on time
  • Facilitate activities and help travelers feel welcome, included, and taken care of
  • Problem-solve in real time when plans shift (they always do)
  • Learn the full playbook — planning, hosting, and what makes travelers come back

Who you are

  • Sociable and genuinely good at connecting with people
  • A natural leader with some leadership experience behind you
  • Calm and decisive under pressure — you make good calls without hand-holding
  • Comfortable speaking to and in front of a group
  • Experienced in travel and/or planning, and confident finding your way in new places
  • Positive, low-ego, and up for whatever the trip throws at you
